Introduction:

Krack'd Snacks is a handmade, No Added Sugar confectionary company, that transforms Classic Snack Bars by removing the dairy and sugar. Krack’d Snacks approached us initially for flows setup and then for ongoing management. We started working together and have been managing their Klaviyo account since then. The initial major challenges they had included having no automations and no campaign calendar.

Our Approach:

As with most new e-commerce brands, our initial focus was setting up core automations, segmentation, and a campaign calendar. Over a few months, we optimised the content strategy to showcase more content the subscriber list resonated with, especially value posts. We also implemented a loyalty rewards program, automations in Klaviyo for referrals, increased cart value, and social engagement.

Results:

Since we have been working with Krack’d Snacks, we have generated £150k+ in revenue for the brand from flows and campaigns. Having an email marketing strategy in place made the business operators life much easier by growing revenue while focusing more on product development.

One Affirmation

Introduction:

One Affirmation is a custom designer pillow brand. They approached us to manage their Klaviyo account completely. We partnered with this brand celebrated for crafting exquisite designer pillows to help them succeed by properly leveraging email marketing as a channel. The major challenges they had were: Outdated automations, No campaign calendar, Plenty of trigger / filter based problems and low email deliverability.

Our Approach:

In the beginning, our focus at One Affirmation was on setting up efficient automations. With their successful implementation, we transitioned to developing
and executing finely tuned campaigns tailored to specific segments. Additionally, we worked on constructing a well organised campaign calendar to optimise One Affirmation's promotional efforts.

Results:

During the time we have worked together, we have generated £216K+ in revenue for the brand using email marketing flows and campaigns. By having a proper calendar in place, life is much easier for the brand owner as she is now mainly involved in ideation and approval, rather than scrambling at the last minute to roll out a campaign.

Perfect White Tee

Introduction:

Perfect White Tee is a clothing brand that is focused on providing high-quality, comfortable, and stylish white t-shirts for both men and women. The company was founded with a simple mission - to create the perfect white tee that everyone can rely on. The CMO of Perfect White Tee approached us to help leverage email marketing to help grow and scale the brand's online presence.

Our Approach:

We started off by strategising the flows we needed to focus on as we onboarded Perfect White Tee in October, with just a month left to prep for November, the most important month of the year. We were able to deploy the automations and plan out the campaigns for Oct and Nov. From then, we created a content calendar that focused not just on products but also leveraging the subscriber list to grow the brand's following overall using loyalty, referral, and giveaway strategies. We also helped audit and optimise the website to improve the conversion rate on-site as well.

Results:

50% of the brand's total revenue came from Klaviyo. Since then the team at BeGenius consistently produced results with 40-50% revenue attribution from emails. Over the period of 1 year, Perfect White Tee generated £1m+ just from emails.
